Is new SW FFA or the really Old Fashioned Version

Is it your new style when anyone can take it if there is a war?
Old fashoned where only submitters can take it?
Are you working a replacement?
Are you goin to leave it like it is until new one is ready?
Will you take this one out at any point before that?
You could use it as a way to attract people back.

Your response does not clear up who can currently take SW. Is it the only the submitter or once there is a war anyone can take it?
You said it randomly broke and fixed itself after the reboot.
Looks like no one knows whether it going to "randomly" break again. vey good reason for taking it out until you work out what happened

No one knows for sure if it actually fixed itself, it could still have the same bug as before.

When Team took SW, we tried to give the wall away to other guilds, but it wouldn't let them take it, hence knowing it was bugged.
