Is the patcher working for anyone else?

I ask this because Sam tells me that it should be working fine, and it is for him, but I just can't seem to get it working.
It gets stuck downloading the patch list. Tried everything to get it to work, but had no luck. Is it broke for anyone else? or is it just me?

Think i had this problem last week.. It would say downloading patch list but then get stuck half way and then an error message would pop up. Ran it a few times with no luck.. Think I then tried running it in Administrator mode and I think that worked. If that doesnt work try deleting the patcher and re downloading it?

Yes this happened to me. I downloaded and replaced it with the v200 patcher but it didn't work still. So I extracted the patcher to a new folder and it downloaded everything fine and still works fine. Seems daft but maybe it is something. To do with extracting the thing straight into your game folder?

cant the auto patcher download its newer versions?

I should read everything before I post.

What I did (windows 7) is put the entire patcher directory into Program Files (86x) and run It from there.

ok so its working now. I believe for some reason my router is blocking the ftp that hosts the client. Sam has fixed it and says he will update the troubleshooting with this issue.

I'm actually still using V2.0.0, everything works fine from what i've seen lol, will I NEED to get the latest one if i'm having no problems?
