Is there untuched 1.9 file's in english anywear?

i d/loaded the foundation 1's but i would like some that havent been added to i d/loaded the 1p9-files but there not in english im suar i saw some in english a while back i just wont to add npc'c ect ect ma self punk:

Untouched server files would be files that aren't english....

untouced 1.9 files will be in chinease, the english ones would be Foundations... what do you mean untouched tho? do you mean with everything already done(foundations...?)

there are no 100% fully translated versions, and most likely wont be....
