does anyone know if this is a new npc in mir? which comes with the turtle patch.

its just mostly they put concept art up, and not random images, looks like it cld b a cool npc.

if so, cld someone plz link me to it. or say if its on korean ftp.

doubt they will add them to euro tbh cause its on pservers first or
did the chinese kopie it from official china mir?

obviously they copied it from one official server. chinese dont ever make their own mob for pservers.
