Issues since last Flinching "fix"
The flinching issue would seem improved now, but it's infact broken in a different way. There's a good chance one doesn't flinch at all now. (1 out of 3 times roughly?)
May I suggest lowering the time your character is flinched for rather than lowering the amount of flinches per second?
As a comparison, on euro every hit that went in would make you flinch, but for like 50/100ms rather than almost a full second.
Edit: I don't think I worded it well enough. By not flinching at all I mean you actually don't flinch at all, not even if you only get hit once.
