It wont work! HELP!

when i try to put my server put my server onloine it keeps saying that there is an error caused in KERNEL32.DLL. but this only appeard when i clicken on the m2 server. what should i do?

Firstly try a different m2server EXE, then you should seriously think about getting a copy of a more secure and stable OS, such as XP or 2003.

Its the ini error file, try searching on google for a fix for it?
