Ok this is done in a mircosoft Access Form sheet, its basic and didnt require me to code but **** me its useful lol, it will do till i learn vb and make a VB version wont it

check it out and let me no

sorry forgot to tell u how to use it

1) open the database on ur desktop

2) look for forms in the left hand side

3) open the Form called "Make Item Sheet"

4) click the add record

5) input all ur data, if u click an scrolled word it will put the number in the box (eg theres one box for Stdmode, if u click one in that it wud be the number into the box)

6) once u have made all the items u need copy the new items that are in the stditems table into ur SQL Database and that shud make life a little easier for u (if u think its easier the other way fair enough lol im not worried)

Tried it, although its a good idea it doesn't really work that well..Sorry
