Item ownership

I've never read the t and c of chronicles in the eula. Are the policy's the same as second life or do the host own the items and accounts. Second life policies are why it's so big.

Most official ORPG I've experienced don't allow item sales, their T&Cs stating that they own your account and all belongings. Sales are allowed on here so I wouldn't worry...

Chronicles don't have any terms and conditions or an EULA. They can only pretend to :P

What they wrote and stickied are more like guidelines to not get your account banned rather than a legal document.
