Are you trying to get to Past Bichon and can't understand the NPCs to get there?
Border Vilage, run down to shoreline (water) and the Sailor NPC will take you to Prajna Island (PI), then you can get to the TimeStone in the centre of the map to access Past Bichon (PB)
