3rd time in two days, Paypal have done this, (Never happened before in the whole of Marble or Zircon).

Random thought as I know 0 details, but was it in issue with money not coming through or something like that? We had an issue with them recently where they were incorrectly listing the payment made by customers as paypal cheque and thus not notifiying us until the 'cheque' clears.
Yea IPN were failing to send,
They were marked as received but server never received the IPN.
