Is Judgment of heaven supposed to be completely worthless?

At level 3 it was doing about nine damage to a cactus in the desert.

I’ve only got about 70 nature without renounce and I’m not wearing lightning kit. I was going to switch to lightning to test it but I get this feeling it will just lead to disappointment.

I am curious if any wizzy’s with high nature and lightning kit have tested this?

I've only just got it so not done much with it, will do some more testing once it is levelled and stuff.

One of the big advantages of the spell is lost with the no flinch, but in reality that's kind of a fair price to pay as things feel a lot smoother here.

It was never a big damage spell on Korean, it was more a distance creator spell. You are being attacked, it hits back at the attacker slowing them enough for you to get away.
