I've FINALY got on my server but when i click ok at I.D and Password bit it doesnt do anything it stays on this:

Login Gate down? make sure you have changed ALL the I.P's and all that is needed to be changed, or maybe it is LAG

Yah, get more Ram or quicker internet, if you have loads of ram and a fast pc then it's your net. If fast net and low ram and crap pc then it's your pc

The ip's/server name in the mir.ini file, the mirsetup.ini and the mir2patch.ini are wrong.

Make sure you have all 3 .ini's first and make sure the ip's correspond with those in the server files as does the server name. The server name is case sensitive so make sure you've spelt it right and wrote it right.

server name is once you've logged in, actually being logged in could be his computer, since it lets him get to that screen his IP is obviously correct.

It's defiantly not lag or naut though...

It would load up with lag or not.
