Working on a server
Here are a bit of information on the server. . .

Server Name: KorTeX
Server IP: TBA
Server ETA: April 08

Exp: x 4
Skills: All Update 2.3 Skills
Mobs: All Update 2.3 Mobs
Items: All Update 2.3 Items

Server Description:

* New Items, Skills, Areas and Mobs will be coming shortly. As for now you have everything for 2.3
* New Home Town, Everything you will ever need can be found here.
* Events will be held every Monday night at 8pm
* Hoping to patch every month with new stuff
* Quests being added soon

To make a low rate work, youv'e got to make sure that you update the server regulary, otherwise people get bored, hence why apparently High Rate is all the rage.

no headhunter high rate is in demand due people being sick of leveling all the time just for the server to die so if u make it high rate people spend a couple of hours get high level own a few bosses log and no big deal if the server dies as uve not spent days leveling up

am sticking to my low rate server, some ppl DO like low rate servers. Alot of you say its about having fun, but thers no reason why u cant have fun with low rate exp
