BORING by time u get a gd lvl server dies u wasted maybe a month or 2 leveling

my server WONT be dying! Im going to beat my last server Record if possible of 1 year and 4 months , it only went down then because of PC files ended up corrupting!

You remember these 1.4 Servers:

Ministry

All mine!

and believe or not ... i had a large server count at x 3 exp!, if the exp is going to be low then ther needs to be summat else to keep players interested, I am not just going to let it run its cause, i wanna make a real good go of this server as this is the last one I will be doing I think (till i learn to code proper anyway lol) I can see what ur all sayin by low exp servers are boring, but mir aint just about lvling is it. When i was on my last servers usually late at night, i remember being in my home zone and noone bothered leveling we just stayed and talked till like 6 in the morning was class!

All am sayin is, dont judge a book by its cover! Am not asking for you to live on it 24/7 just give it a try?

i think low rate servers are still fun to play and do get people playing but what so many people do wrong now days is make a low rate server and put the very basics in and then say " quests will be added in a month so will this so will that ect..." to make a good low rate server to work u need to get ur server sorted before u open it. otherwise people get bored of lvling and fk all else to do and leave. Quest's Events Challenges are all needed if u want to make a low rate server work as it gives people somthing different to do.

ETA is about a week now depending on how quick me and the team can finish the little minor things on the server.

Everything still stands as stated before, 4 exp, start lvl 3 startgold 1000 (see kit man)

working on some quests they wont be ingame when its up but not far behind. New items have been added and a few new skills.

Once i advertise I will give full spec and details of the server. Just thought Id fill you all in, and make u all know that I am still here lol

I aint a big fan of x3/x4 servers myself, but.. the fact that no matter if it is high rate or low rate, you are still going to put the same effort levelling anyway arent you ? the only difference is, it will say " 60 " instead of "28" or w/e, ive played many low rate in my time, it feels more of a achivment when you reach 45 and got a mint kit compared to reachin level 200 on a high rate. As long as the server has a variety of things to do on it, it can be just as fun as high rate servers. i.e Quest that give exp aswell as items so people wont get bored doing quest because they want to level, loads of boss's not just your basic Wt/Zt/Es/Mk/MTK/BL and your BDD boss's, also having a lot of custom 2 small rooms + KR maps is better boss's aswell, and even if you just alter stats and skins slightly from euro items, it takes the whole euro feel off it, even adding differed skin mobs to say LDC instead of mags/tongs/cents.

i like low rate server (more 10x exp tho than the 4x) but if u can make sure theres little / none euro items at the start of the game (so create ur own) this will also keep people interested as its not the same item time and time again, and also makes it seem u have though about all areas of the server not jus tthe high levels / donating people, also new caves (like low lvl caves med cave and more after that is always a hit) like i say i like low rate if u can garantee its guna b "long term" not just up for a month or 2 like people say

nothing wrong with lowrate it save a lot of time and effort having to create a load of mobs and items and sets for higher level players and saves on having to take months and months making a server.
If you make a low rate server i for one believe there is more time to set up and rebuild during players game play instead of taking the months and months to make all the crap needed for those who hit level 60 in a week on a low rate you dont have to make level 60 kit straight away you have a little bit of breathing space to build it up at your own pace. most of those people that like High rate servers i bet havent ever dabbled in making servers or cba to put one up.

Hows it coming mate? doesnt look too bad. Dont take any notice of people, just do what you want in terms of experience.
