Lag on 1.9

I was one of fastest player on 1.4 servers but ive noticed that on 1.9 i lag, my comp has uber specs and im on 2meg ADSL AOL, ive noticed other ppl with the same lag,

ive also noticed that i dont lag when im hitting while using h/m and im fine when i set off running till like 5 seconds into it, then i start to lag...

can anyone explain why?

Aol isnt as bad as it seems, i have 2mb aol and im one of fastest on euro mir. End of day, its your computer specs, but saying that i have a decent computer and still lag on 1.9 as it happens (ragezone anyways) but its not too bad,

im on aol to its been fine 4 2 years keeps cutting out atm thow but i never lag.

im on aol too the only problem with it is the modem loosing signal but if you get yourself a router youl be away well a non aol router it also could be the client you are useing i always found Foundation client the best tbh.

see this is the thing i dont get. u say ur the fastest on euro mir yet ther is 100s and 100s of players so ur actully prob about 100th/1000 peeps not one of the fastest.

my specs are,
3.2 GHZ
1gig RAM
180GB Hard Drive
256 NVDIA G Card

im sure its not my specs, like i said certain ppl lag but i dont know why

i found turning off the background music helps slightly for some reason

AMD 4000 + Oced
2 gig of ram
7800 GTX BFG graphics card
10,000 RPM Raptor HDD
and a 10mb connection and i lag on 1.9 :/ to others i seem fast, but to me i lag
