Laptop Battery

hey guys, im new, i have a laptop (Hp pavilion zv5000) and the battery lost its charge, so i orded a new one from ebay and i have it in and when i load my computer up it tells me to insert the right battery. But he problem is. it is the right battery. Any Help?

It proabably is the wrong battery... there will be something different about it, just ask HP support.

Meanwhile since I assume ur getting that message while running off the battery, where are you getting this message, and can you still operate the machine while the message is active?
