Well, as some of you may know my laptop battery has been dead for the past 2-3 years, until yesterday.
My dad got annoyed because he couldnt get any music from the laptop to his mp3 player, so he threw the laptop on the floor, i done the job of picking it up, and unpluging the power cable, but when i did so the laptop stayed on in hibernate, running from the battery.
So basically, now the battery works. However, there is one slight problem, the laptop battery LED ALWAYS stays green, it never changes to orange or red when the battery is going flat, so i never know when the laptop is turning on. Also, when i charge the battery, the led just stays green, so i never know when its fully charged.
And when i leave the battery on charge for a few hours, then use the laptop from the battery power, i get warning messages on my laptop saying battery low etc, and the little battery icon in the bottom right corner says the battery is on 0%, when yet it runs for a good 2-3 hours.
