My battery charger has stopped charging my laptop even when the charging light is on, i was just wondering is there any way i can charge it off another console, for example a ps3 or xbox...

If you want to charge it from another source, you will still need to get additional wires and connectors etc. It's a troublesome and complicated process, but basically you could take an ac adaper, and cut it, and join the end to the batter charger. The battery charger's wiring will also need to be cut. You will then have to join the copper wires in the AC power cord's wiring, with the wiring in the battery charger's cable. In that way you could probably charge your laptop from a wall socket.
I don't think you can charge it using ps3 or xbox using any standard tools, as xboxes or ps3s aren't designed to have that sort of feature and don't have any outlets for that sort of thing.

sounds too complicated :P, i been lookin at it today n it seems wen it charges to around 60% battery power, it starts to go back to 0% and eventually shuts itself down so i have to restart the laptop quite alot as my battery doesnt last v long

how old is the battery? a lot of them have a longer warranty than the laptop.

If the charger light is on, then its one of two problems. The battery is fooked or the power board is.
