Hello, a friend of mine has just asked if i can fix her laptop as im no good with them thought one of you might know, she's told me she can get power but nothing else all she get's is a black screen.:bored:
i dont know anything either but it its just black ( but the screens on) the screen aint broke (duh) , id say its a windows software problem of some sort.
