Well that went down like a fart in a spacesuit. Downloaded extracted zip file over write everything and get a black screen. Its this DX issue I'm sure

Sussed it, default client goes to 1366, change to 1080 should sort out black screen. Mir 2 config file.

Sorry mate u didn't understand my last post. In the config file its default is 1366 graphics. That caused the game to produce a black square to top left of my screen, music was playing but you were screwed. Bringing up task manager to cancel it didnt work because your mouse was still in the square. I changed config file to 1080 and that sorted it. Loved the john travolta meme.
