Launcher and listmake for king version

Hello i take from one files this launcher and listmake but for me dont work correct.. all time put ip 127.0.0.1 and port 7128 dont know why.
You need download this file : Click HERE
And later u need put files on your king client and click Listmake and put your ips etc...
And when you finish need change name from your mir3.exe for K3mir3.exe see on screens :
