Oh i aint got mine, u prob ment that full arm one, that was my old mans, mine will prob be much more of my personallity... Idea atm is...
Having the all seeing eye of illuminati up the top and prob add some slaves to the bottom of it bowing down... I doubt you will understand it, most people dont, but then again, most people are not as open minded as me.

As an attempt to try and change the direction of this thread, it's very hatey:
I really like the neon idea, and I think you should keep it. I'd consider a different font, but the formatting is good. One of the really negative points of the piece is the cross hatching design behind your main banner, I think if you stick something eye-catching in there then it will draw the attention in a positive way.
The body boarder is great, maybe again, use a different font?
In terms of colour you've picked some great colours for what you're trying to achieve, but you need to keep the consistency... the banner detracts from the body, and ideally you want them to intertwine... not to dampen your idea, but keeping the same boarder for the banner as the body might benefit the overall design, but keeping the neon light, because it's quality idea.
I can tell from looking at it that you suffer from what I had, which is where you have an awesome idea but your output is limited to what you know on Photoshop... I can see your idea mate, and I think with a few tweaks here and there you can make Photoshop work for you. It's a *****!
Anyway, you don't have to listen to any of that... it's just an idea, and you asked for feedback

Your one of the only few who have actually managed to post something coherrent and useful so im certainly going to listen to you. Thanks for the feedback.

i dont see why u are even posting here, as atom pointed out u can live young and do wat the hell u want to do yet u cant do anything in life that actully lets u relax (well except for coming on the internet and abusing some one on a forum which frankly u wud get beaten up for if u even said anything at ur skool) how about u stop being such a kid n act ur age a bit. maybe if u post back here in a couple of years when u reach the age of 10 ur mind might of got a bit more mature.
