Lazy Mobs

Having trouble with mobs in a perticular cave. The mobs wont run after you or attack you unless u stand next to them. When u run away from them u just stand there...

any idea why?

(they do attack you if u stand next to them, but dont follow if u run away)

check your database values... are they 81 19 mobs?

should they be 81 19?

check ur mongen, if u typed the map number in that the mobs spawn on as lowercase instead of uppercase eg.

it can cause the mobs to stand still and not move or run after when attacked. Hope it helps.

change to 81 19, you are using the slave db info

Ye ive changed them to 81 19 and rebooted server, the problem still occurs . Also the maps where spelt correct with capital letters in mongen.

A little more info

• when i @mob the mobs they attack and move fine.
• If i run past them they wont follow
• If i stand next to them they'll attack
• Upon running away from the attack they will still stand in the same place

Im thinking its gotta be sumin to do with my mongen but i cant see what atm.

EDIT:
Sorted it, apparently in Mongen all map names should be spelt in capitals even if the map file isnt.
