I haven't really understood much about Mir the past few years. I've always wanted to play a PvE focused server, but they all tend to descend into a huge 'Brawl of the sweats and whales'. From what I have found playing your beta server is a lack of story telling, information and meaningful questlines. StuTheBru is correct in saying there is nothing to help guide you, and simply saying that there will be 'people online you can ask for help' is not good enough. I say this with the intention of being a customer, a donator who will invest in the project via gg, and this gives me a stage to actually say something isn't good enough. Personally, I'm glad you deferred your release date, there was way to much to do, in the short amount of time you gave yourselves to do it. Apologies if I come across as an asshole, I just really believe in your concept, but think focusing a bit more on story/quest/info rather than the automatic donation system would prove more beneficial.

I actually found the quest line to be more engaging than others I've played in the past tbh.

Been quiet but have been underway with sorting the remaining things from the beta, on-top of adding new things in that we wanted to do.

The remaining things to do are;
Magic Square (@StormHero)
Overworld Update (Myself)
AI Testing (Myself)
PVP Magics Balance (testing with people)

### 🧩 Discord Integration Updates
- Moderators can now kick, ban, mute players directly via Discord.
- Server-wide announcements can be sent from Discord.
- Automated countdowns and periodic reboot alerts added.
- Discord can now track in-game events (e.g., boss kills) for events/competitions.


### 🌐 Website Updates (Preview Only)
- Guides for all core features are complete and ready for publishing.


### 🧙 Skill System Overhaul
- Level 4/5 skills now include enhanced functions.
- Spell progression guidance improved (e.g., how to unlock next level).
- Elements (Ice, Fire, Force, etc.) are more impactful with the spells they influence.
- Unique items tied to elemental builds added.
- Spell visuals now change colour based on level for better combat clarity.


### 💥 Ultimate Skills
- Players can choose a class-based “Ultimate” ability.
- EXP builds “power” toward activating the Ultimate.
- Power decays if EXP isn’t gained over time.
- Full power unlocks the use of your Ultimate.


### 👾 Mob AI Update
- All mob AIs finalized for live release.
- Full pass underway to test and refine each mob’s behaviour.


### 🏔 Secret Peak Dungeon
- Fully implemented with free daily entry; extras cost gold or hunt points.
- Six difficulty tiers with bosses dropping unique redeemable tokens.


### 🌍 Overworld Expansion
- New caves accessible only via map (no waypoints).
- Hidden boss caves, TimeRifts, World Bosses, and new quest lines added to deepen exploration.


+Other QOL and back end changes to help manage the game more effectively.

🧠 New Boss AI Introductions:
Prepare to encounter a host of new challengers introducing tactics, and personality. Prepare for dynamic encounters and more engaging combat!
Newly Updated Bosses:
Cerberus, Brittle Ravager, Forest Warlock, Insect Queen, Unholy Commander, Coiled Deity, Beast Lord, Dark General, King Marcus, Draxus, Grim General, Great Ape, Queen of the Ocean, Hopper Wizard, Orc Prince, Ettin Hero, Crag General, Ent Titan, Lizard King

🔧 Boss AI Fixes & Refinements:
Several bosses who had already been configured have been reworked for smoother combat behavior and smarter decision-making.
Adjusted: Furbolg General, Frost Prince, Bone Lord

💀 Sub-Boss Enhancements:
Minor AI upgrades bring more risk to subbosses you come across.
Updated: Totem Master, Coiled Ravager, Furbolg Titan, Fury Hog, Ice Legionnaire, Ocean Tyrant, Venom Beetle

🔥 Overall:
Boss encounters are now deadlier, more strategic, and more immersive than ever.

No, the server is currently being modified quite extensively, so its easier to not have people log into it.

the pink screen however indicates a local client fault, anyway.
Have you got all the pre-requisites installed that you need for Crystal to run? :)

Apologies we have been quiet on the forums, between everything time wise and life wise, it was just put on the back burner.
We've made huge upgrades and changes to the server from the beta

Some notes;

Full change of monster frames to make them more fluid
Uplift & changes of dated UIs (such as shop UI, crafting UI among others)
Ability Point UI (instead of it being integrated)
Looking for Group / Looking for More system (a great party system with a lot of pre-defined settings to allow solo players to create / join groups)
Additional Items added (this is to curb larger gaps between item levels)
Early game has been made less difficult
Random Weather system added
Tons of new side quest / quest lines
Map Events + RNG difficulty factors to it
Pity System (applies to subs and bosses)

Injury System (coded, but not implemented) - depending on cause of death, you can suffer different debuffs etc


Tons of QoL
Tons of Fixes
Tons of new Crafting Materials
Tons of management additions (GM only side)

Between now and Live we are still actively working on any other bits left on our list!
