Do Sins really need to be made even more OP? Surely there should be a risk factor associated with using ghost. They can already teleport around the screen with no cooldown and now they get complete invisibility, crazy!

is there any risk being in ghost mode like lower def stats or hp reduction??

It'll have a massive cook down, unlike slashing burst and frozen sword.

LOL love complaints when no one has any idea how the skills work yet. Any of these spells could be vastly OP or under, at least wait till you have a clue as to how they work.

yeah this comes from experience with mir3 and inv sins ruined the server.

that's why some caution is required since sins have complete mobility plus massive damage and evasion skills (see a problem?)

It could have a 10 minute cooldown and the tao skill could scale hard enough too 1 shot people with pets that could tank any boss in the game..the ice wiz skill could blue freeze every time etc etc etc

Wait till you have freezing+dashing high damage strike spells and assassins won't be so much of a pain. What's a ghost assassin going to do to you, have a 0.2 second head start before you react?

The warrior skill could work on player and para them, there is no end to what "could" be without actually seeing anything in action.

all the skills look to have a a decent chance of being awesome.

but in all honesty the sin one looks like it will finally make sins into the rogues of mir. with the new assasinate or whatever its called aswell, these two could be one hell of a combo.

but like you said the two warrior skills could be a great combo. although nothing is ever that good for warriors.

What's a ghost assassin going to do to you, have a 0.2 second head start before you react?

shadow step away as soon as a warrior comes within 2 spaces of them?

after the previous 'update' i realise it's futile to try to argue that sins are already the best all-round class ingame, however this update just cements that fact. it's great to see new content, don't get me wrong, but it does also prove that staff cannot see what's happening ingame in terms of class balance.

It is a hard discussion though, every single class tends to think a different class is "clearly over powered compared to my class" and this balance changes continuously depending on gear, character level and what skills that person has.
ie a level 40 wiz with shop kit and a level 55 wiz are so far apart that there basically different classes.
It is actually a complex question.

gotta love people moaning about the types of assassin skills, the clues in the ****ing name people. if your a stealthy assassin are you gunna walk up to your enemys in plain sight or stay hidden? and are you gunna move quickly, or slowly and be seen?

Your examples clearly have nothing to do with this server, or mir in general. Also, sins already have walking hide and a spell that teleports them next to their target. How much more stealth do you think they need? I get that based on the description, ghost matches an 'assassins' profile, but do they need it given their current abilities? No.

NEED it, no but of course it's nice to have new spells especially one that improves on moonlight such as Slashing Burst appears to be an improvement on sd? At least by the gif it appears to be.
