Lesser AC Orb not working

I tried to use it on my tae guk ring (necessary 30 sc to wear) and it said that the item was too high a level. How can that be if the item is sc based to wear and not level based?

I was told every SC/MC/DC requirement item also has a hidden "level" as well.

A TaeGuk is quite "high" level so I assume its hidden level is over 30.

Your can't use them on any items that require state only level required.
