Got mir downloading now, have seen that quite a lot of changes have been made on this server so just wondering the best caves to level in fastest at the beginning as a noob! Usually a warrior on most servers but from what i have read on the forum they are not the greatest and dodgy in PVP so considering possibly being a wiz instead.

I killed scarecrow and cats till level 5-7ish, then killed oma and spitting spiders till 11. At 11 I headed into oma cave till 17, then once I got tbolt I headed to the bichon mines till 22. Since 22 I've been in mineral mines killing the zombies in there quite quick, so it feels fast leveling. Got to 28 then swapped and started a warr lol

Thats all I can say I did :)

to be fair i wouldn't bother with the server, from when i started it was grind, you get what you put in basically, the i quit and come back, then at some point drops went up and now certain people have absolute amazing kit fair play to em, but because the drops are now back to normal, the kit that people used to get u cant get no more! 3 slotted braces, neckys, armors and what ever, dark armors, heaven armor! you cant get them no more because the drops have been lowered, the weaker stay weak, while the people who have all this amazing kit, are at every boss possible and you can't get a boss, its stupid in my opinion, but good luck if u start to play....

As much as I disagree with Kevin, he does have one good point. The drops do appear to have been majorly altered which is good in some ways. However, it does mean some players have overly powered gear compared to the rest of us. Can only hope that the durability on those items drops quick etc. On a similar subject, does Flame field actually drop anymore, not even seen one for sale.

Levelling a warrior is relatively easy early on, watch out for spirit blades, bone swords etc on the market place. Also try and get knight bracers and dragon rings equipped asap since their in shops and they will massively increased your killing speed. This along with a gale necky and medium armour with get you to 30 in no time. The OC-DM connection cave is a good levelling spot, exp 1.5 multipliers along with Bone Elite and Ghoul spawns, you will never need to buy pots.

If you can't decide you could make warrior and get him lev 22 or 33 like me and wait for sin to come in game (it might well be in by that time) and then make that your main char.

IMO those of us who play or played warrior can't like to play wizard because that's precise opposite (melee vs action at a distance which I don't like if that's all you do most of the time) to me that's different mentality and you are either one or the other, so for me it never was a question of deciding btw war & viz but btw war & tao but most natural progression from war is sin (where warrior is for those completely new to mir, sin for those who already played war)
