Levelling only week

Is it possible to remove drop files from all bosses and sub bosses and the random rare items from ordinary mobs? Temporarily?
IF yes then consider having a levelling week/fortnight so people can prepare for the patch and in this or however long it takes you completely re think the drop files and change everything you can before the update.
It seems to be the drop files that cause most complaints. If everyone knew that you were working on this with your full attention and not the patch not the pvp just the drop files then I reckon most would be happy to give the server another go.

Serious bro? You jump on xXxXx for reminding sam & making a suggestion that wedge moths have no drops. Then now you're suggesting he removes all drops? LOL!

Have you thought beyond the fact it stops people advancing further ahead of you, how about the bigger picture? It'll put already expensive items at a even bigger high in prices, people won't sell a item for 5mill if they know there's going to be a guaranteed 2 weeks until another may drop. They will double the price!It would ruin the economy in 1 big swoop making poorer players even more screwed!
