Nah nobody has a working server in source code definitely not us I'm afraid, this will be another server yeah written in vb to do very simple stuff.. the reason for starting on the weather was to see if we could make that work from the life server

very nice m8 i think weather effects r a good idea expect it also can b a pain if it does effects in caves n stuff, or u intending to code that out so it only works on main points n open areas?

We can't code the m2server we don't have the full source, does anybody? It would be a monumental effort to rewrite the missing parts and I think many others have tried and failed to do so. It'll be a separate server to the m2server.

There will be a txt file with maps it can rain on so no it won't rain in caves/dungeons.

Even thought we don't have source to m2server its still very possible to have new features and we will try to add as many ass posible to make it fun. :P

It only rains outside.. it stops when you go inside.
Theres now awesome sound for the rain. :P
Its all controlled by server now so I can make weather setups.
We will probably have a little test soon so people can see the coolness.. :P

1.4 and 1.9 works on both tbh
Oh btw when I say 1.9 I don't mean it has all 1.9 features etc just saying it can log on 1.9 server. :P
