It should be longer :P, also it would be awesome if it had some special movements (not sure if anyone has done this), also would be perfect if it had a matching sound .

You don't have the patience/skill to work on 100's of frames using the same method over and over :P

I haven’t made a Mir server in a long time, forgive my ignorance but is there actually a way to fit a new weapon to a sound effect? I know that a lot of the weapons do sound different, have you lot figured out the background to that?

you would need to find a weapon with a sound effect specifically tied to it (ie no other weps with that sound) then look through the sounds, till u find the specific sound, then replace it with the saber sound.

Bonus points to anyone who can spell the sound a light saber makes.

I think its a good idea, and I dont think that often!

It should pop out only when being used, so the standing stance etc you only see the handle.
But yet again this would be let down by the limits of sound effects.
