LineNotice color problem

How can i change the line notice color? I know i have to enter !setup.txt but i dont know those numbers lol. My linenotice is displayed with Redbackground and White font, like gm whisper. How can i changed it to look like when u doubleclick an orb/gem, blue background and white font ?

mmm it aint colours but here if you check in msgbox i have my robot doing al diff msg no. tho i thought it whas coloured but when i checked it whas the msg prefix tho try making a npc that does all the possible msg coloures and make a screeny you got a instant guide:P:P

This is how line notice/level up message is displayed
the red one is how he currently displays

the blueone is the one i want to display (got it from other server)

I thought it was just like:

[B]B[/B]Blue
[B]R[/B]Red

This would show ingame as:

[COLOR="Blue"]Blue[/COLOR]
[COLOR="Red"]Red[/COLOR]

you could even use the m2server command under general config messages
you can change all colours in there .
only 1 i cant seem to change is when you get experience its allways red and white ..
