Little help with this command plz

Hi guys

need a little help with this command, i dont even know if its the correct 1 lol. But i hope it is cause its the only 1 with the description matching what i want to do..

basically i want it to boost Dc/Mc/Sc by 15% when pushing key 8

I'll post help anyways, just incase anyone searches the same problem.

POWERRATE 130 200

POWERATE -
DC/MC/SC will increase dependant on your class.
130 -
This is how much % your POWERRATE increases.
This would increase you POWERRATE by 30%.
POWERRATE 100 = normal POWERRATE.
Therefore POWERRATE 125 = 25% increase.
200 -
This is how many seconds this boost in stats will last.
