Hey

There is a number of things you can try

First off uninstall whatever .NET Framework you have installed, then restart your system
download .NET Framework ( http://www.microsoft.com/en-ie/download/details.aspx?id=17851 ) install as admin

Try the patch program again (run as admin)

If this does not work

Open the PatchClient.ini and change the host from "ftp" to "http":

[AutoPatcher]
Host=http://162.243.83.44/NewerPatcher/
Username=
Password=
UpdateUri=http://162.243.83.44/UpdatePatcher

After you have done both of these things, report back

Okay I've tried both of them and its still the same

Its something strange and unique to your system

The messages in the screenshots show that the client is named Mir2.exe.exe, did you rename the client and add the second .exe?

delete the mir.exe from your chronices folder and run the pather program again, using the http setting from above and run it as admin

That looks like an error with the mir2.exe, the patcher and .net framework look like they are working...

Could you post a screen a screenshot of your MirChronicles directory? Also, are you able to right click "mir2.exe" and run as admin?

Ok crazy question time

Are there files in the Data folder?
ie has the patch program been able to download anything at all

can you post a screenshot of the PatchClient.ini file

BH

In addition to this, if you delete the mir2.exe and then run the patcher, does it redownload it?
