Gyazo is such a simply program and your even having issues installing that
You OS is a Custom pirated OS of Windows 7, that until now I have never heard of, nor has anyone else on the Chronicles Team (we had to google it)
At this stage that is the only thing we can think of

I've had it on this pc for about 5 years, i really need a new OS or pc but i can't afford one at the moment.

i'm guessing its a problem with my OS, thats whats stopping the game from running, i've always had problems with this pc, guess it must be the OS, think it was originally a XP system as that's what ti says on the side. is the only way ot get w7 by buying it, a legal copy i mean ofcource.

Thanks for all your help anyway guys, i'll have to get a genuine windows on this PC. didn't even no till i goggled it it was pirated. my bad, is there a way to go bk to XP? without the disk as i don't have 1, i do have a product key though
