i just made my own server and when i press start on my char gives me a black screen and dosnt come on

i just found the problem,when i try to run m2server.exe i get an error report any1 no how to fix?

What error report does the M2Server give? It gives alot of errors...

its a microsoft error report that offers me to send the error report or dont send it

I think its something to do with XP (Not too sure because i don't have XP)
Make sure you don't have any Firewalls up and follow the guide for XP peeps on Fernys.

use windows taskmanager with alt+ctrl+ del than close the process svhost.exe=localhost.... than it should work!

when i go into task manager then isnt anything running called svhost

Have u disabled UPNP? because if you havnt than the m2server wont load up properly

its in wondows task manger under the "processes" tab, SVChost LCOAL SERVICE

end task on it, it will reload its self but will run fine like that untill you restart.
