[2.3] login gate

hi ive recently decided to start workin on a server again
i have all files n everything all set up on my laptop already
everything was workin fine 6 months ago
now i turned it bk on yesterday and soon as i try log in i get booted b4 i get to put details in
all gates are opened and workin fine except the login gate
it say socket opened
but the icon at the bottom is sayin that the gate aint opening propa
im running it in offline mode so all ips are 127.0.0.1

im using tds 2.3 files any help as to what has gone wrong will b very helpful
