I know this is extremely noobish sorta question and after all my years of working with mir server files I wuda thort I would of been able to fix sumthing as easy as this, but i have tried every trick in the book and now out of ideas.

I am using the phili source, made my exes. I log on fine ... it asks me for user and pass, I enter them and thats it they dissappear and nothing happens. I thort it wud of been a simple ip error but afaik all ips are ok. I am however using my laptop and going thru my router on the same network, using ip 192.168.1.3 but in the past its worked fine. Just for some reason its stopped working and cant for the life of me figure out how, and why!?

Wondered if anybody may have a few idea's on how to fix!

Are all your ips in the files set as your local offline ip? The setup of your server files can sometimes make this happen, Also check server names everywhere case sensitive too. Erm make sure your exe is allowed on any mal ware software your laptop may have, Post a screenie of your gates for us too

Try set all your ips to 127.0.0.1 - see if its an IP problem.. if it still doesnt work with the 127.0.0.1 ip then its not an ip problem it's something else

Av fixed it guys thanks -.- i hadnt loaded one of my gates up , what a noobish error eh lol oh well, cant believe I was so stupid not to see ther was a shortage of gates lol =/

127.0.0.1 is used if playing on the host computer which i gather from the quoted bit above he isnt doing, so i dont think 127.0.0.1 will work

127.0.0.1 is your computers offline ip, Meaning it will use the ip your router provided it
