loginserv and dbserv JoB values. anyone help?

ive gone through the guide for JoB setup, and alls good, untill now, the guide xander wrote is good, but his screens dont work anymore so i dont know what values to put in the loginserver and dbserv .exe's, can someone help me out?

very easy to get them running, make sure your rungate port is 5000 and not 5010 too otherwise you will wait forever for the Gate 0 Opened message
