LoginSrv & Client

Its just one problem after another with my server tbh...
Ok up until recently It'd been fine but now its hit a swamp-fulla problems, the first of which I was fine with and fixed but the latest gits seem to be stopping me dead in my tracks.

ok first:
My Gamegate reports this message:
[18:14:39] Á¬½ÓLoginSrv³É¹¦,·ÀÇ¿Ðеǽ¹¦ÄÜ¿ªÆô£¡
Can ny1 tell me what it means / how to fix ? I've noticed that my LoginSrv itself only shows up both server names it's sposed to (2x Foundation (as I changed back to standard name in an attempt to fix)) when the M2Server fully loads and then I close some of the earlier running gates.

second:
My client recently started flashing the ledu choose-your-server page (the red one with the korean/chinese buttons), it basically appears for a split-second and then dissapears, I'm at a loss for why its doing that as It was working fine before and I've tried changing the client three times so I'm inclined to think that maybe that problem is server-side ? But then again I'm not sure how thats possible if even true since Its done the same without my server running.

The first bit is not actualy a problem. That is the game gate reporting that it has sucessfuly connected to the login server.

The second part. This error appears when you have not binded the exe to a dll file. When ever you make any change to the exe, you will need to use mirconfig, select the exe and dll input the password (typicaly " pie " ) and click save.

Hmm I think I know what I did with that think I swapped the liebao.dll I was usin,
*EDIT* (lol turns out I deleted the standard liebao.dll because I thought it could run with just l-liebao lol)

Ok normally I fix my own problems instead of running to Lomcn for every little thing, but a problem from before has arisen again and I don't think I was ever able to fix it. Basically I type in my account and password, then I cannot log in.
The M2 Server displays this error-message:
29/07/2006 10:18:18 ????[0](127.0.0.1:1247)???...

When you say you can't log in, what exactly happens? Maby a screen shot might help.

Well I've noticed the error line that prevents me logging in on the M2server seems to appear before I even connect my client to the server in my past few attempts to fix.

Ok I came across a strange error when trying to run a different .exe to my standard one (a slightly older ledu exe)

M2server had a funny reaction as you can see, although I'm not sure this actually relates to my first problem since it loaded fine with my original .exe when I swapped back.

its gd it tells u that gate 0 has opend which nedds to be opend to play the server

Ok well cheers 2 the thing bout tht msg bein gud news (As I said in a diff post, the korean/chinese makes me panic and believe something has gone wrong) but why can't I Log in to the server ? I've spent the last few days combing my files for errors in .txts and .inis relating to IP and servername, I even reinstalled the server file and strtd using the localhost (127.0.0.1) IP and Foundation as the servername (the name tht came with my files), yet it still won't load up.
