wtf u goijng on about. i mentioned cs:s coz its easy where u select slots and stuff (slots = number of ppl allowed on sever) with mir its cofising to set up. and u dont select slots. etc, so i need to find a server thats not a dedi and can just host 
then why don't you try searching the LOM server section, to find a person who is willing to host your server for you...

Dedicated servers are the only way to host a Mir server that can actually hold players.
But seriously, don't do it. You won't be able to. You're a fool. Just give up now.
but why give up>? basicly all i need is a sever ... that is not some on else.. i want a pay montey sumething under £20 ,, and there must be something out there
Give up due to...retardness? You want a dedicated server, dedicated server = a server that is just yours. Under 20 quid? Nothing good enough to run a Mir server.

Mir isn't confusing at all, I was 14 or so when i first started messing with mir servers.
Why the **** are you using slots when talking about mir?
You might be able to get a VPS, which is bsaically a dedicated server, that is split into multiple servers so that the companies can have one physical server, and sell it as 4-8 or so virtual ones. In essance you have a cheap dedicated server, but the cpu time is shared between other users (you usually get some dedicated ram tho)but why give up>? basicly all i need is a sever ... that is not some on else.. i want a pay montey sumething under £20 ,, and there must be something out there
These wouldn't be all that good for mir servers.
£20 is a rediculously low budget for a windows-based dedicated server, you won't get one that ios capable of running mir to any degree of decentness.
you can pretty much forget about VPS.
most VPS share with 8 or 16 or 32 people.
You will probably end up with less than 400MHz guaranteed cpu and less than 512MB guaranteed RAM
cheapest VPS plans usually start with /32 config and 192 or 256 mb ram
found a uk one but mine you it doesn't really tell you the cpu config. (call them to find out)
