because demonics done nothing but help people with servers through the whole time iv known him? because hes mature enough not to want to do that? because he wouldnt want to take down a small ei server when he could take down a 3g server?

the owner, dataforce, doesnt appear on the forum alot. i suggest you simply find the attackers ip, and let an admin/smod check it against the members here. also explaining a reason to why a mod has been accused.

If anyone here actually knew who it is then this could be true, more crappy accusations.

The server was forced down and to my knowledge is having to be rebuilt.

Anyone that doesnt have backups (at least of their basic server and data bases if not all the patches and updates, logs and crap like that aswell) doesnt deserve to run/host a server.

mm now from i kno of demonic, he has the tools and capabillities... and he tried too protect the Camelot server and failed. and i belive ikno the name, but not the person, but played a few servers with him....

The correct way to have addressed this is by requesting an enquiry in the complains forum or sending a private message to an administrator with information like the IP of the user who hacked your mir3 server. So we could see if it matches with the mods/admins IP on the forums. Which is doubtful since the moderators/admins support private servers and try to help people thats why they became moderators in the first place, usually they wont do such a thing because they are supporting legend of mir private servers and LOMCN and were willing to help people/the forum so they became a member of the LOMCN staff. Now ill lock this even though you seem to have worked it out for yourself it probably isnt any part of the LOMCN staff. If you are still having a problem you will need to submit your enquiry in the Complaints, Questions, Suggestions and Compliments forum OR private message an administrator, like you should have done in the first place instead of causing mass distruption.

As my name got mentioned a few times i thought I better add to this mad debate..

I have been handing out files to get servers Online not to then hack this unknown server you are talking about and take it offline. I chat to most of the server hosts on MSN anyhow. I am GM on a few servers, purely for testing. I would not suspect Nightwolf either as I beleive he does not have the knowledge (no offence) to take out a server and he is currently doing Mir2 1.9 anyhow - he had enough of mir3 a while ago now.

Now its upto the server host as stated anyhow to make sure that his server is both secure and backed up - to me it sounds like a lame excuse to stop running his server, also why did he not come on here and post about it instead of some "player" from the server.

All i can say is you better have solid proof of this event you have dreamt up cos if you dont you can kiss goodbye to been a member on LOMCN thats for sure.

What I Did find really funny though was :

I will hack this person (when i find out how) - so your going to learn suddenly to be a uber hacker overnight?
