I see that qnet's #lomcn and #lomcn.co.uk are about as much success as the one i had on my own network.

eg, empty.

them servers are laggy as hell. and you even said ur self. when ppl downloading. it will lag the servers even more. so also withuploading/people viewing websites.. just use dedicated mirc servers. no need to be so fussy..
