Should LOMCN make a mir server like old EURO and try gather as much players as we can so we could enjoy one more time the good old times :P?

erm maybe this time is lucky

and from what i remeber it was a project ago 1-2years and it wasnt mean to be a euro continue and stopped because erm probs they cba .

but now we got a good set of file phili , all drops/states already done
got afew coders which im sure they will help if they are required

nothings imposible ...


p.s the Poll seems to show that ppl want till now :P
i'm sure ur one of them who posted no , but u even dont play mir anymore lol

and i tell u once more this doesnt mean that something will be made i just wanna see if ppl would like to see a old euro bk

Wouldn't work, no offence to the admins but they don't even have enough time to run the forum, let alone a server.

Then if it was passed down to super mods, yet again not really any activity for the mir 2 section, so would have to be passed down to moderators. Iceman is making Elysian, I put most my spare time into FourHeroes and Preacher is making a new server when hes not in University.

End of the day, theres no one to do it, and even if there was, no one would probably be willing.

As G0t stated, there is no way at all LOMCN could be seen to be running a server. It will never happen. EVER.

I voted yes lol.. Because not all of us was playing Euro and they hear everytime people saying "Euro was a cool server" "good old times on euro " .. Maybe some people wanna play a good server like a 2nd Euro server..Guys remember the good old times from Euro, i don't think you don't want it back to play it..

Nope i dont think LOMCN should host a server. LOMCN is already hosted like a mir server via datforce`s home network i beleive.

I don't necessarily agree that LOMCN should host a server but I think that we should all come together with ideas and move on from there. This game is 70% community, 30% content, with reference to what attracts a player. A lot of hosts seem to create servers, squeeze 'donations' out of the players and then close the servers down. I think this has driven many players away and we need to find hosts with integrity and a passion for the game.
