LOMCN Super Moderator Situation.

Ok a few changes have been made.

We are only going to recruit 3 super moderators they are as follows:

1, Wittin - Good application and has had previous moderating skills on lomcn.

2, Shinoda - Same as Wittin.

3, Miles - Recomended by a few people and has a good application.

the other moderator is Hate and was chosen from the other super moderator applictions set by me

We have recruited only 3 because while we had a period without the moderating team we saw no problems and infact less problems in a sense so we dont really need anyone else. The admins felt we coped on our own but we are taking the top 3 applicants into consideration and making them super moderators.(as above)

BUT your applications were not a waste of time because we will be putting a top 10 list together and if we ever feel we cant cope we will hire the first person the list etc. (1 being best & 10 being worst from the list)

So we thank you all for submiting your applications and this is how the super moderator situation stands from now on.

NOTE: The council will no longer exist as we have no need for it now.

Well i guess i can say well done to the 3 of you and if the whole admin team liked your applications you must be good but i thought mine was good i was wrong but hey at least we have 3 top players here

you need a silly coloured name and a few boring mod powers to be able to do that? kinda stupid really.

And if your application was good enough and you were recomended by decent people you would ahve been chosen its simple as that. But you never know you might fot into the top 10. Same as alot of others claiming to know it all and can offer 'this and that'.

But still, the chose was up to the admins. And i understand that i werent good enough.

Thanks guys and i personally will do the best job i can to make lomcn a better place and make the admins have an easier job.

Edit: Oh and sorry to the people that didnt get Moderator but dont give up you LOMCN might need some more mods in the future so try and get a more impressive application

Well tbh none of us had a problem with you apart from your app didnt come into the top 3 and that i for one dont think your moderating skills are up to scratch :P

And like i suggested to YoYoYo, you dont need mod powers to help people.

Bah Jamie I knew you would get mod :P Ah well, kind of glad i'm not a supermod again in a way, too much hassle and I need to get on with making the mmorpg. But if any of you need C++ or VB help I will pop in and out of forum, or pm me... Also in a few years time me and the guys will be looking for an alpha team, so i'll keep you all posted there will however be a questionaaire so you best be up on your online knowladge anyway, i'm thinking too far ahead lol.. sorry, i'll get back to learning advanced c++ :|

Yeah but go into Server reviews and myname is in mod list. Also im on staff page.

Yup my spellin isr eli bad but i crnt edit it in announcments page lol. Well it is nrly midnight so spellin is pretty bad.

i would have offered this community some good stuff as a moderator. but nm good things come to a end or never really start.
