I think Kaori can't do any thing about the offical mir .wil editor, is it the ture?

I don't know what sort of "editing" you want to do.
My KaoriMIM can extract, insert, create, add, remove images within a wil file.

If you are talking about editing the actual image, use photoshop or paint.

Well if you would of taken a look at the thread in Mir Chat, you would of found out that the snow patch is a different type of .wil than any of the .wil's wich we have editors for.
