Maybe its psychological torture, tell him its Locke and that he will die soon if he doesnt get help then keep Jack locked up so he cant help. Extremely unlikely but i thought it was worth a mention lol

I reckon it is Ben with the tumour, actually, im pretty certain it is as i've sene the trailer for the next episode lol and Jack is talking to Ben about it. Episode 4 was extremely good, the island they are on though must be hidden somehow, as there is no way they wouldn't be able to see it. Especially seeing as though they've travelled around it.

The new man in the new station is the same person that was in our hatch (swan) at some point
Eko found a glass eye and some of the swan video reel in a bible in the tail section hatch
EyePatch man must have been in the swan station and the tail section station
He maybe to person that was before Kelvin who started drawing the map on the blastdoor (I know Kelvin said he shoot himself but maybe he lied)
