So just a bit of fun who’s up for bringing the Lottery NPC back? Top prize announced as global shout...prizes as follows...

1st - £1 Million (Top Prize announced as global shout with winners name)
2nd - 500k
3rd - 250k
4th - 100k
5th - 50k
6th - 10k

Price per ticket = 10k with a limit of 10 tickets an hour or day whatever people think is better. (for addiction purposes)

Actual chance of winning the prizes upto discretion of GMs.

Does it need funding? Does it cost to set up from a GM perspective? I ask as I don’t know.. I just remember the lottery NPC on euro servers down the bottom left of Bichon Wall was great fun.

Cant see how gold In game would need a gambling insurance, if that was the case you could argue the same for taking a gamble on refining or gemming.

for example..

if RNG works against the server owners, you can really screw with the gold economy, if people start getting millions from lottery.
Generally don't see it as its a crap gold sink that relies completely on RNG
