Low FPS in LOM III

Hi!
I have a problem with LOM III, I had nVidia 5500 and i played very good LOM III. I started to play Counter Strike Source and i had low FPS at this, so i decided to update my graphic card and RAM.
I had 512 MB of ram and nVidia 5500
Now I have 1.5 G RAM and nVidia 9500 GT
The problem is now i have at LOM III 6 - 10 fps.
But I think problem isn't graphic card because in CSS i have now 80-100 fps. Why?

But I play counter strike source, and other games, i'm playing in a league i can't use the other graphic
Aynone have a solution?
A friend said me to remove graphic card acceleration, and i win 4-6 fps
But at fight with tempest and fire i have only 6 fps, and i can't play.
without acceleration i have a lot of times black screen after message and a lot of errors by LOM and system saying "Cannot use 3D acceleration"
Please, anyone know how to solve with this graphic card?

2 pci xpress slots? if so you could always run a crap card n the second slot for mir.

But i preffer to solve my problem with this graphic, because i don't have another and this is good, how i can do for win fps?
