Yes i mean at exp on a server , i dont understand why most of ppl like to have from star lvl 50 with all kits on him , where is all the fun then ?? where is all the "magic" in game ???? I like server with 5-20 exp , because that i am makeing a svr with exp 13

Low rate tbh

its more of a challenge imo and you actually feel good when you achieved a level :P
Also not having rares handed to you on a plate..i prefer to work for my kit aswell
