Can Necklaces (Like Lantern, Tigers) be dropped with +1/2/3 luck?

for the record : fairly sure you cant get any of the special added stats only basic ac, amc, dc etc on any item

so i didnt see a tao with mp recov +10% on pearl armour then cause i knwo who has it

Yes I have seen that aswell lol. Would be awesome to have them stats on shitty armours randomly.

I had a PlatNeck drop with AC0-2 lol. First time I've seen AC on a necklace.

Stats like mp/hp recov and luck shouldn't be added tbh they can make a person very op quickly and easily. Imo
